Rates start at $600 nightly. Please contact Maria for a detailed quote, according to your inquiry dates.

Rental Policy

• Max occupancy 10 people 
• check in time: 3 pm 
• check out time: 10 am 
• no smoking inside 
• no pets allowed 
• no llive music, parties after 10 pm 

Booking & Payment
Non-refundable deposit to book the house as a partial payment of the rent: 50% of the rent
Remaining balance of 50% is due 60 days before arrival date.
Refundable security deposit of $1500 is due 60 days before arrival date. Deposit can also be paid in cash upon arrival to our property manager.
